If your withdrawal has not arrived within the expected timeframe, check your account activity log first, then reach out to support with the transaction reference number.

Minimum and maximum limits depend on the payment method selected and your account tier. These are clearly displayed at the point of transaction in the Wallet section of your dashboard — you will see the applicable limits before you confirm any deposit or withdrawal. VIP account holders generally have higher limits available.

First, wait two to three minutes as some payment networks have a short processing delay. If the balance has still not updated, check your payment app (JazzCash, Easypaisa, etc.) to confirm the transaction went through on their end. Bets are settled as soon as the result of the relevant market is confirmed — typically within minutes of the match or innings ending. Winnings are credited directly to your PKR wallet and are available to withdraw or use on further bets immediately. For complex markets like top scorer where the outcome is only confirmed at the end of the innings, settlement follows once the official scorecard is confirmed.

If a match is officially abandoned before a result can be determined — due to rain, pitch conditions or any other reason — all pre-match bets on the match winner market are voided and stakes are returned to your PKR wallet. For in-play bets placed after the match started, settlement follows the official Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result where applicable. In-play bets on markets that were already completed before the abandonment remain settled as normal.
